How Our Yacht Delivery Process Works

Quote Accepted

Upon your approval, we will set up an online meeting with the Skipper and crew to go through the yacht details and send the contract.

Logistics & Planning

Crew trips to and from the yacht, pre-departure inspection inspecting the vessel’s seaworthiness, provisioning for the voyage, weather routing planning, and recommended stopovers.

Delivery

The crew will clean the yacht, rigging and sails and organize the handover within 24 hours. A detail report of the delivery will be provided at this point and the crew will be available for any follow up questions or concerns.

Meet Our Crew

Based in the international port of Cartagena that we see as the gate in and out of the Mediterranean Sea. Our experienced and highly skilled team ensures that each vessel is transported with the utmost care and professionalism.

Captain Gori

Gori has a long-standing career at sea; he gained his university degree in nautical and maritime transport to then do a masters degree as a ship surveyor. He set up an office as a surveyor until he felt the call of the sea and worked in a boatyard for the Spanish maker Northwind as a test and delivery captain. He then moved on to crew in the legendary tall ship “Blue Clipper” and two years later became her captain for the best part of 10 years. After this, Gori worked as a private captain in a range of monohull and catamaran sailing vessels, also doing deliveries for the Lagoon boatyard. The best word to describe Gregorio is “tough”, under his command, the boat is the priority, followed by the owner's wishes.

Sailor Fey

Fey is the voice of wisdom that guides the rest of the crew, with a background as a successful project manager, Fey accrues thousands of nautical miles under her belt.

Sailor Gorka

Gorka studied Computer Science at university but quickly realized that his life wasn't going to be spent in front of a computer no matter how nice the office would be. He has spent a good part of his life in the Scuba Diving industry until he purchased an old Westerly Centaur and with her, he has done thousands of nautical miles sailing single-handedly. He has also worked for private owners as a skipper and as a project manager for a total refit. The best word to describe Gorka is “optimist”, no matter what life at sea throws at him, he always remains positive.
